Order & Delivery
1. How long will it take to receive my order?
It takes us 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) to process your order. If you place the order before 4:00 pm GMT, we’ll start working on it the same day. Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Typically, orders arrive within 4–6 business days (Monday to Friday). Please refer to our Shipping Policy for the latest information.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and your tracking code. You can track your order via our Track Your Order page using the tracking code provided in the email.
3. It’s been 8 business days and I still haven’t received my package. What should I do?
We’re sorry for the delay—sometimes it happens due to reasons such as weather conditions or holidays. Please allow an additional 3 business days (Monday to Friday). If your package hasn’t arrived by then, please contact us, and we’ll help you locate it.
4. Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that cancellations cannot be guaranteed once your order has been processed.

6. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders.
7. What is the order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 4:00 pm GMT (Monday to Friday) will be processed the same day.
8. Do you process orders on weekends?
Orders placed on weekends are processed on the next business day.
9. How can I track my order after purchasing?
After your purchase, you’ll receive an email with tracking information, including the name of the shipping company and tracking number. You can track your order on our website by entering your tracking number in the Track Your Order portal.
Returns & Refunds
10. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. If it has already been shipped, please follow the return procedure once you receive the product.
11. What is your return policy?
Customers in the United Kingdom can return products within 30 days of receipt.
12. What are the conditions for returns?

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@bellise.co.uk with your order number and a detailed reason for the return. After reviewing your request, we will provide instructions and a return label.
- Refunds are processed within 7 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
13. What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our customer service within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product. Please include photos of the defect or damage. If approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
